Detailed Product Description

Long and thin, short and fat; AOWEITE can apply rubber coating or lagging to virtually
any size pulley or roller. AOWEITE rubber lagging is vulcanized on to the
roller resulting in a bond that will not pull loose even under extreme conditions
(unlike many glued-on materials).

Process:
Whether a completely new roller or recovering your existing core, each roller is
carefully stripped and grit blasted to provide an optimal bonding surface. Once
cleaned and blasted, the roller is wrapped with a rubber meeting customer specs.
Then it is cured in an autoclave using heat and pressure. After the curing process,
the roller is mounted on a lathe and turned down to the proper diameter dimension.
Grooves and crown can be added at this time.

Delivery:
50% of orders are ready to ship in 5 days. Special materials or configurations can
take a few extra days.

Compounds:
Our material is 50-80 durometer all kinds of rubber material. Multi-layer applications are possible
(example: a cushioning soft under-layer with harder rubber on outside surface).

Size:
Our maximum roller capacity is 120'' diameter by 300 feet long. The minimum thickness
of rubber wrapped on the rollers is 2mm.
